EWU is a paediatric allied health clinic built on connection, understanding and evidence based care.
We support children and families through Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and group programs in a space where every child feel safe, seen and supported. Our approach is neuroaffirming and family centred, with a strong focus on early intervention and real life outcomes.
We work alongside you to build skills, confidence and independence, while creating a community where different brains are understood and valued.

At Evolve With Us Allied Health, we understand that child development is not linear and each child grows at their own pace. The early years are critical for brain development, with rapid changes in communication, movement, regulation, and social skills. We look at the whole child, including their environment, relationships, sensory profile, and daily routines. Our team uses evidence based practice to support development in ways that are meaningful and functional for your child and family. We focus on building strong foundations, supporting regulation, and creating opportunities for children to learn through play, connection, and everyday experiences.

At EWU we value connection and belonging as a key part of child development, so we created our mascots alongside our community, with each one thoughtfully designed to help children feel understood, supported, and engaged in their therapy journey. You will see them used in therapy through visuals, activities, and regulation tools to help children learn about their emotions, build self awareness, and develop practical skills in a way that feels safe and relatable.

Understanding Autism
At Evolve With Us, we understand that every autistic child has their own unique profile, with different strengths, preferences, and ways of experiencing the world. Our role is to take the time to understand your child as an individual and support them in ways that build on their strengths. We want your child to feel a strong sense of belonging in our clinic, where they are accepted as they are. In our space, it is okay for your child to move, run, bounce on a gym ball, or bring their favourite snacks, we prioritise comfort, safety, and regulation. We have a range of therapy rooms with different sizes and setups to suit varying sensory and support needs, so your child can engage in a way that works best for them.

At Evolve With Us, we know that the team around a child plays a key role in their development. We work closely with parents, carers, schools, preschools, and the wider community to create consistent and meaningful support across all environments. We also want families to feel a strong sense of belonging in our clinic.
Our therapists are warm, approachable, and take the time to build genuine relationships, working alongside you every step of the way. Research shows that when families are actively involved in therapy, children experience up to 30 percent better outcomes.
We understand that being a parent comes with many demands, so we aim to support you with practical strategies and guidance so you feel confident helping your child reach their goals. We value your voice and regularly seek feedback from our community to improve our services.
